My exercise regimen is playing in the dirt, getting my fingernails so dirty that the only way to clean them is trimming them back. I love to race after my grandkids in the park, roll in the grass or skate with them on a frozen pond. I love sports, I cheer for anyone who makes a good play, shot; not just for the home team. As a mom of two very athletic sons I have been to more baseball, football fields, hockey rinks than the average gal, and enjoyed every minute of it. I have worked the chains on a football field and kept score in the dugout for the ball team. I have eaten a silk worm to experience the Chinese culture and had camel while breaking the Ramdan Fast in a Saudi household while sitting on the floor using our fingers as we dipped into saffron rice.
