Life is great and I have a charmed one! I have a career I love, close and long standing friends, an extended family I am close to and a lifestyle that is never boring. The one thing missing in my life is someone to share it with. I am independedt and not needy or demanding and I value these qualities in others. I am a glass hald full kind of person and look to the future with great optomisum. I am somewhat shy but it does not take me long to get to know someone. Some of the things I enjoy immensely are: walking across a beach at sunset, campfires on warm summer nights, hiking, reading, gardening, rowing under the stars on a clear night; eating a succulent juicy orange, laughing at friendsРІР‚в„ў antics, wading through tidal pools warmed by the afternoon sun, eating steamed Nova Scotia lobster; ice-cold Innis Gunn beer, watching graceful swans swim across the waterway, biting into a ripe juicy peach, sailing with the wind in my face, racing sailboats; the excitement of rounding the mark; kayaking, swimming(prefer Caribbean waters to the Atlantic, YES!),biking, skiing in the Alps, skating as best I can(not one of my natural talents), chunky monkey ice cream, chocolate, good wine, spotting a rainbow arched over the horizon.
This is maybe the year that I take up golfing – yes, do I need lessons, a lot of them!
