I love living near the beach. There's so much to do no matter the time of year. I enjoy snowshoeing and hockey in the winter, hikes and cool evenings in spring and fall. But most of all I love the beach in the summer! I also love patios and BBQs and hanging out with friends and family.

- I once started writing a screenplay, got 20 pages in and stopped (still no idea why)
- Loyalty is a big thing for me. If you can't be loyal to your friends, chances are you can't be loyal to your partner
- Jealousy is a word I quite dislike. I recently read (on Facebook of all places), that being jealous means "I care" - Okay, sure. But I can show I care by not being jealous and accepting reality for what it is. If people are going to stray, they're going to stray
- I love to cook. Blending different flavours together to create a harmonious dish can be brilliant
- I love red wine, in fact, my favourite would probably be a Pinot Noir or Beaujolais (and don't kid yourself, Ontario has some terrific wines)
- I love animals, big or small. I was once bitten by a small yapper dog and while I find them annoying, they can be quite cute
- I love to travel
- I am very sarcastic as I love taking the piss out of people
