I don't believe that athletic and toned is an euphemism for overweight or full-figured. Guys(and gals), if you have a few extra pounds, there's a box for that. I don't know about you, but if you say your toned and athletic, it means you actually are. Not that you workout once a month, or that you would like to be toned and athletic. Sorry if that comes across as harsh. Oh and if you are not legally divorced, then you're not actually divorced and there is a box for that too.
