I retired too early probably, and still prefer to be busy at something, so I volunteer my time with several organizations, generally to do with trying to keep them organized! This probably means that I am always battling my personal internal demon of disorganization. Apparently though, I do dress up pretty well.
At this stage in my life, I would very much enjoy having dates -- doing things together with someone who enjoys the same things. Physical activity is important to me, although I have had a bit of a setback with a surgical repair to my shoulder. The surgeon was pleased with his work, and I am getting back to being active.
I'm generally a quiet sort, and perhaps shy at first. I prefer small groups when it comes to socializing; big parties are somewhat uncomfortable for me. Hopefully out there is someone who feels the same - comfortable as a twosome, or getting together with another couple.
