I graduated from UofT with a B.Mus and recently a B.Ed. Currently I teach flute and music theory privately and love it! A few of my students are going into music, post-secondary! I adore my students. :D My goal is to teach high school music and possibly geography (the sooner the better).

Music is my therapy....and my cell phone wallpaper will prove it! I listen to pretty much anything as long as I can see along. Meaning classical and rap are not in my top 10 genres, but doesn't mean I've never listened to them.
Friends and family are and always will be number one. We fight, we disagree, but at the end of the day they will always be the people that shape and influence who you will become.

Meet someone special from Mississauga, Canada. So, I recently graduated from my Masters and started working in a field based position where I'm mostly surrounded by females, or 60 year old doctors. It occurred to me one day while having a work lunch with a middle aged female nurse, that, while she was quite pleasant, perhaps work would not be the ideal place to meet someone. And here we are doing the online thing.
I'm looking for a down-to-earth guy, who likes to laugh and have a good time. I spend most of my time grabbing drinks with friends, seeing movies or attending events/sports games. Now that we seem to be on track for the summer weather...I imagine more of my free time will be spent enjoying the sunshine at the beach or going for walks and such. I'm pretty easy going too and like trying new things, and seeing what interests other people...as much as I like showing people what interests me. If there was one exception to this, it would be volleyball. I know, I know, 98% of the population LOVES volleyball. I think I was scarred as a child and now hold an irrational vendetta towards the sport.
I like cooking and entertaining. I do have a small problem when I host pot lucks, that I can't seem to decide on one thing so I end up making a three course dinner just in case no one brings a salad....or dessert....in my defense, I haven't heard any complaints about the abundance of food.
I'm really into travelling - but it doesn't need to be somewhere far. I love road trips. In fact, I'm driving home from Calgary this summer, and I have a secret dream to travel North America taking pictures next to those giant monuments of things (like the giant nickel....or giant apple....giant ball of yarn.....they all make me laugh). I also find amusement in going to small towns to partake in festivals, and it's fun to try restaurants and such.
