I am an optimistic, easy going person who tries to see the picture on the half full side. I enjoy both sports and arts, and relish finding and exploring new favourite locations. I am involved and volunteer with amateur sports.
For fun, I like skiing, sailing, hiking, dancing, theatre, art galleries, movies, wandering the city, sitting at the dock with a nice red. I have travelled to many parts of the world, and would love to revisit a few and explore many more. Antarctica and Kilimanjaro are still on my bucket list.
I am hoping to meet a friend and companion to share activities, and perhaps, with luck, develop a special long-term friendship.

Date men and women from Canada. 1) My friends describe me as kind hearted, intelligent, compassionate, artistic, passionate, but definitely not domesticated--I maybe able to sing and write a song and a poem--but will definitely struggle with an omellette . 3) Accomplishment I am most proud of--aside from representing my Country and my bank in one of the international training program with 34 participants from 22-Afro-Asian countries for 3 months, I was able to undertake and metamorphose through the transitions and difficult changes/struggles in life--inside a cocoon--slowly into a ready to emerge "butterly"...
4)I am grateful for life--for the everyday which is a chance for a-new beginning--a chance to start again--for bottom line is: all we really have is the "here-and-now" to effect any changes in my life and I am always grateful for that opportunity that nothing is cast in stone !!!

7) Things that make me laugh out loud--at times--stand-up comedian---I get a belle-ache laugh; at times myself--and my own mistakes--I have learned to stop taking myself seriously and instead really found my funny bone and found a lot of funny stuff about me--especially my errors; my fumbles; my trying to do stuff that are really worth doing in life which now I term as "Missed-takes" and really both laugh and learn from them...
