I'm very hard-working, sometimes I need to be told to stop and take a breather. I do make time for family and friends. I have been out of a relationship for about a year now and I am ready for a change. Too much alcohol is definitely a deal-breaker.
Most importantly, I was very unhealthy until about five months ago...ended up in the hospital. I have made drastic lifestyle changes that I had been procrastinating about for years. I have lost 40 pounds in the last five months and still have many more to go, but I am committed to being active everyday for 45 minutes to an hour and I have been successful for the last month. So far, so good! Thankfully I have friends who are in this with me so we keep each other motivated.
