I like classic rock, pop, dance, new country, folk, - something with a good beat to get you moving, good lyrics to touch your soul. I ususally have the radio or Ipod playing and have been known to spontaneously break into dance and song. Some of my favorite artists are: Blue Rodeo, Daughtry, Eagles, Bon Jovi, Stones, Nickelback, Bob Seager, CCR, Tragically Hip, Adele, Sarah McLaughlin etc....
I like reading for pleasure. I usually have a book on the go. I have recently finished "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" series and "The Hunger Games" series. Next up the "Mommy Porn" series - 50 Shades of Gray
I am an animal lover. I have a "good old boy" golden retriever that thinks "I'm all that and a bag of chip" He's always happy to see me come thru the door wether I've been gone for 5 minutes or 5 hours. Enjoy going for walks with him in the woods and on the local trails.
I like watching movies but I'm not up to date on the latest flicks, maybe we can catch up together. I love cuddling up on the couch to watch a movie, cuddling would be nice.
I have 2 boys (well young men actually) that live away from home durning the school year but arrive home for the summer to eat me out of house and home :) and really?.... All those clothes need to be washed again? They are the loves of my life and I am very proud of the the people they are growing into ( well most days - they're not perfect by any means)
I have a BIG laugh and am not afraid to use it. I have a good sense of humour and enjoy people with the same and can make me laugh.
I try to stay positive and learn the lesssons life likes to send my way. I'm independant and not afraid to be on my own but I am looking for someone to share life with, a friend, companion, confidant, lover. I'm affectionate and love the human touch.
