I am young at heart--and getting younger. I take pretty good care of myself, and I need a partner who does the same--and likes to always keep learning, especially about *herself*. I have struggled for 23 years to build a business that now affords me the time to work on myself; the time to spend on building a relationship. I really enjoy hanging with my adult children whenever they're around or I visit them, and laughter just feels plain healthy. The question for me now is who might be knocking at the next door. Before you go, note that I am offering intimate nights on the deck or by the fire, with the ocean nearby, lots of walks and moonlit talks, (silly and romantic side too--it's the poet in me), and hopefully lots of laughter. I like the TV off and the conversation on, mostly, and I love creativity in myself and others. I am lucky to live on a smallish quiet island, but my card would read: "Have heart, Will travel." I like remote locations; in thought, in place, and especially in emotion. Myers-Briggs Personality type= INTP; rare type, not exactly a "team" guy; but emotionally smarter, and I think more fun, as I "mature." If you feel you might have a little artistic, poetic, or philosophical side, so much the better. Connection and chemistry are the keys. Love starts with real friendship (but friendship for me is also enough-- that's how we grow!) So, I will seriously (and humorously?) consider all replies.
