I study in college at nights, work during the day and spend much of my off time doing handyman projects and some gardening. I am lucky enough that I have friends and colleagues that allow me to indulge in being goofy (not Disney character) in life and at work which actually requires effort and attentiveness to others for proper execution. Even if this may completely torpedo my chances, I credit my gem of a son (turned 9 before Xmas) who I must keep up with and not forget his perspective. I wish I could be him when I grow up. Trying to be best father I can and to let him know my path might not be the best for him.

Enjoy life. Life's too short to be surrounded by negativity. Quality over quantity with company you keep. Live life on your terms and no one elses's. Take care of the ones you love, but you do not have to make everyone or anyone happy. Your own contentment are the ripples you need to emit. Define yourself by how you do it, not what you do.
Have fun pushing the envelope but never be afraid to break the rules (not just for the sake of doing it) for the right reasons. Besides, not as much fun to always follow someone else's rules. Mistakes are valuable if you look for the lesson. Quandry: always had impatience for authority but what happens when you become the authority? I have tried to use my powers for good.
Not only give but be open to receive. The sum IS greater than the parts. Be as good to my friends and family as they have been for me. Say what you mean, mean what you say. Your word is your bond. Never stop learning, you never know everything (unless you are too big of an ass to realize it), true knowledge only means you know what you don't know.
The journey is the reason not the destination, so if you are looking for reason, come along on the journey.

I guess upon further reflection, that's probably as good a description as any. Life is a precious thing. It's too short and fleeting to not try to bring happiness to those you care for. If there is a woman in my life who I truly care for, and I have the ability, there is very little I would not do to to bring genuine happiness to her. A real smile, true appreciation, genuine joy are far more rewarding than the material. It requires patience, sacrifice, and the ability to swallow your own ego somewhat, but the love of a good woman is far more meaningful than that. There are times in life when it can mean everything,
I am a low-key person, independent, the true "strong, silent type'. (Though with the right person, I open up like a book) In keeping with my personality, I don't really frequent bars, or nightclubs, but prefer a few drinks on a patio, or coffee and a good conversation. Dining out can be fun, and I really enjoy Thai and Caribbean food, but I really enjoy dining in, and cooking for a woman. I am originally from Hong Kong, I have been in Toronto for nearly 20 years with a few years working in Hong Kong and one year in USA. Before I came to Toronto, I was an international student in U.K. for my secodary school and university educaiton.
I have been working in the IT industry and now trying to switch to the legal field. At present, I spent much of my time attending evening classes and doing homework.
Although I am quite busy during the term time, I still find time to meet some friends to hang out and share ideas or see a movie or just go for a coffee. I used to play racket sports (tennis, badminton, squash), now I find it hard to find partners to play, therefore I go to gym to workout and swim more often recently.
