I recently played my first round of golf and Loved it. When I made a 160ft. drive over the water hazard you would have thought I won olympic gold (although 3 balls drowned in the attempt). My score for 9 holes was about the same as my bowling average so I guess it all evens out!
I have a sense of adventure and am looking forward to learning bow to sail and possibly a white water rafting trip down the Ottawa river. This past summer tried zip lining and a tree top walk. It was a blast.
I love to read and challenge myself. For every fluff book I like to balance it out by reading something that I can learn from.....most often the histories of ancient civilizations. I also design word puzzles and almost have enough to put a book (or two) together.
I am loving, kind, compassionate,spontaneous and will go to almost any lengths to help a friend (as long as it won't get me arrested). My humour is slightly left of center and I do have a quirky side which I'm not afraid to show off. I am a hockey, soccer mom and enthusiastically support my kids teams. I only hollered at a ref once (o.k. twice but deservedly so).
