1) Must be physically fit and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. I take care of myself physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially and I would expect the same from my partner.
2) Educated and gainfully employed. Also, is well on the way to paying off her own home. Financial compatibility is of the utmost importance. I don't know why people never mention this factor. Also, she should have a modicum of credit card debt. Morgtage and car payments are good debt----credit cards are bad. I do not want any surprise messages from banks or other agencies. I've already been through that game with other women.
3) Must be family and marriage oriented. As mentioned, I'm looking for a partner in life---not an email buddy. I'm looking for
Miss Right and not Miss Right Now!!! Nobody's perfect, but some woman is Miss Right for Me!!
4) Loves music, bonus points if it's Classic Rock----also likes a man who plays guitar or keyboards in a band...LOL!!!
5) Sense of humour is crucial---doesn't mind poking fun at herself or me at any time or venue.
6) Can wear a hot evening gown for a Friday night on the town, and on the weekend doesn't mind rolling up her sleeves
and being outside.
7) Finally, I do not have any desire to date a woman with children. I want my own and am not interested in the Step-Dad version.
