A little about my past:
I left home at the age of 17. At 18 i decided to move to Alberta to start a new adventure. I lived with an uncle for a year or so in Calgary while i finished up high school. After high school I lived all around Calgary from downtown to three of the four corners of the city. I moved four times in the four years I spent in Calgary. I worked a variety of different jobs some i liked, some I didn't. I met a few very good friends there and enjoyed my time in the city immensely.
Four years after moving to Calgary, my best friend, whom I met while finishing high school, asked me to move to Lethbridge, AB with her. She wanted me to room with her while she went to University there.
Lethbridge was amazing. It was beautiful, and only 45 minutes away from the Rockies. I spent a lot of time in the mountains and BC during this period. Every weekend was a new adventure, exploring new places and meeting new people.
I lived in Lethbridge for two years before moving back to Kitchener. I went to college here in Kitchener to become a Support Worker and completed that a year later. I am now working in a group home with developmentally delayed, physically disabled and dual diagnosis residents. I am also the kitchen manager at the Stampede Corral.
I am currently sharing a townhouse with my sister and 18 month old nephew. He is my favorite person. A clumsy genius, he has the biggest blue eyes and the most menacing smirk you'll ever see.
As far as what I'm looking for, well, I'm really looking to settle down. I'm looking for someone who is over the party and club scene and wants the same, too settle down. sense of humor a must! Send me a wink if you like what you see!

I don't really know how to go about this part. I guess I'll start with the fact that I grew up in the country, but that lifestyle didn't suit me, so I found work in the tri-city area and moved to a more convenient location.
I'm very close with my family, even though I don't live near them anymore. I had a great relationship with my mother - I can thank her for turning me into the person I've become over the years - and I still am quite close with my father. My older sisters are both married with children - all of whom I'd do anything for.
I enjoy being out in public. I'm not very comfortable in clubs, crowded bars, etc. I prefer a more intimate environment - sports bars, pubs... I like being able to see what's going on around me!
I'm not really looking to dive into any sort of relationship. Eventually (a very flexible term), I would like to find "the one", but I like to take things one step at a time.
