About Me:
I’m an early 40’s, single, black male (which you may have figured out from the pictures), living in the west end of Toronto.
Physically I have a very large frame. I did play football for a number of years and do lift weights 3 – 4 times per week. I also enjoy Thai boxing and mixed martial arts on a regular basis.
I’m tall, standing about 6’2”, so if you don’t like tall men, I can’t really help you. I am well read, very intelligent, very ambitious and goal oriented. I've recently moved to this part of Toronto and live alone. (I used to live in the north end of the city.) I enjoy a very wide range of things from live theatre, good movies, playing basketball (or any other sport as I have a limitless supply of energy), to travel, reading and quiet times. I also have a well-developed sense of humor, which I feel is essential for a long, healthy life. Humor is one of my strong points, especially sarcastic humor and dry, straight faced jokes.
I don't fit well into stereotypes and really do walk to the beat of my own drum. I tend to be seen as magnetic and charismatic, but very selective of who I bring into my circle.

I think I'm a pretty genuine guy, who likes to laugh and enjoy life. It sounds cheezy for sure, but I'm probably tend toward being too kind or too considerate at times, which I think women in past have percieved as me being weak, which I'm not. I'm just don't see the point in arguing small stuff, and I enjoy trying to make my partner happy ... isn't that point of all this?
I have an interesting career, at least to me, that has given me some flexibility in schedule and location (at least for now) and although I ain't rich just yet, I work daily toward that goal. I have a background in film and video production, but have worked for the last 5 years as a writer and graphic designer for a small start-up in Montreal, where I lived for the past 17 years before recently moving back to the GTA. I plan on writing a book, or screenplay one day.
I'm close to family and friends, and enjoy spending time hanging out with them or walking my dog, Cooper. I am a pretty big Blue Jays fan, so if you're into sports and baseball in particular then I'd love to hear from you, although it's not a prerequisite at all, lol.
