I am active in my gym and enjoy how I feel when I work out. I am not self motivated enough to plug away at the machines such as the treadmill but love the fitness classes. I am motivated by the instructors, the other members and the great music. After 19 years I started downhill skiing again and love it. I am looking forward to doing it this winter. It is like riding a bike it seems to come back though I am more cautious than I used to be. I enjoy my home and though I am not a gardener I do like to putter around the yard. For 10 years I drove and owned a Harley Davidson. I had some great experiences travelling through Ontario and the USA. At times I miss it. I miss male friendship and going out for dinner, a show or just for a coffee. I have been on my own for almost 4 years and am ready to move on with my life.. I believe every good relationship starts wih friendship. I also believe that similar interests attract. I learned a great deal about people, friends and myself during the years. I believe that positive feelings and attitudes win out in the end.
I realize that distance may prove to be problematic in some situations. However I guess I am looking for an adventuresome person, like myself, that would meet me halfway for example Toronto or Orilla.(Rama can be fun.) In Northern Ontario distances are often not considered an issue. I have been known to travel to the Vaughan Mall with a friend to shop for the day. Taking a chance to meet new people can be exciting. I am looking forward to new experiences.
