RIGHT NOW IT IS A BUYERS MARKET NOT A SELLERS. LOTS OF HOPE FOR BETTER LUCK IN THE SPRING . NOW IT'S THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND ON TOP OF TRYING TO SHOP & WRAP ALL THE CHRISTMAS GIFTS I HAVE ALSO HAD TO DEAL WITH POTIENTIAL HOUSE SHOWINGS. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY VISITING WITH FAMILY.
