I love doing anything that promotes my sense of well-being- going to a spa, reading self-help/psychology, and especially being surrounded by good company, having open conversations, being real with ourselves and eachother and lots of laughing... A comfortable environment can vary depending on the mood- from relaxed on a friend's couch in a cottage, or sitting in a really classy resteraunt with good food/wine and live music.
To me, my well-being is less about what I'm doing and more about who I'm with.
