I love dance and have been dancing since I was a little girl. I stopped for a few years but 5 years ago got back into it and I'm grateful everyday that I did. I love the freedom I feel with I dance, when I connect to the music. The challenge is to get my participants (I teach dance) to let go and connect in that way. One of the first things we do as toddlers is dance - first thing is walk and litterally the second thing we do is dance. I wish people would remember that and let themselves go - it's the best feeling in the world.
I enjoy good food and good wine. I enjoy baking, cooking, music (all types - can't live without music!). I enjoy watching sports, especially football. My fav city is NYC althought I just came back from Vegas and loved it. I hope to travel to New Zealand one day.
