I am the proud mother of 2 wonderful teenagers who think I'm pretty cool (even when I don't quite get it) and have terrific friends. I have a rewarding career in a creative industry where I can tap into my passion for architecture and design.
Fitness is a very important part of my life. I keep fit by running, cycling (road) and cross training and love to play tennis, ski and snowshoe. I run 2 or 3 half marathons a year. It's a great way to set goals for myself and to stay motivated on days when the weather's less than ideal. Last fall I competed in my first duathlon in over 20 years and was thrilled to find myself placing in my age group! Will definitely do another race or 2 this summer.
I enjoy lifeРІР‚в„ўs simple pleasures - the first snowfall, taking in the crisp air and magnificent fall colours while cycling on the Escarpment, running along the lake or river, or simply sitting by a campfire roasting marshmallows and being with friends. Prefer being outdoors but also enjoy a quick trip to gallery, taking in a movie, concert or theatre.
