I'm physically fit and workout almost everyday ( it's a lifestyle - not a religion) usually running. Love to Ski Downhill in the Winter and Water Ski in the Summer. Love all racket sports - racketball, squash and especially like 4 wall handball. In the Summer anything goes as long as it's outside.
I also try to balance my diet, but I'm a pasta fool - pasta bread, pasta meat and potatoes, pasta pie ... :o)
Travel is also in the scheme of things to come... so, if you're interested, put your run-runs on and get set for the best run of your life!
