I'm 20, born and raised in Edmonton, currently taking Journalism in my first year of university. I've been lucky enough to have done a fair bit of travelling in the past, and hope that the future has more of the same. I am a full time student going to the U of A and I'm in the third year of my degree with a really awesome research job lined up for the summer. During the summer I love to be outdoors. Camping, Biking, Hiking, Swimming and everything else outside! I grew up in the country so I like to get out of the city whenever I can.
I like to be active and would much rather get out and do something (not drinking) than sit around at home all day every day. That being said I do enjoy taking some time off to relax, cuddle up and watch a movie with someone. Personally I like any movie that gets a response out of people, so I like good movies as much as movies that are so incredibly bad that you can't help but laugh, trust me I've seen some bad ones!

Generally speaking I love a girl who has a sense of humor and isn't afraid to laugh at herself (of course I would never insult someone because of it), and knows how to crack a joke of her own. She needs to have a mature outlook on life and know how to take things serious, when the situation calls for it, but still capable of having fun. As for looks, well some say its an important feature, and while it is, for me personally its not something I focus on. Instead, a great personality will win me over and grab my interest over 'super model looks' with no personality.

I was born a raised in Scotland, before moving out to Calgary 3 years ago. I have lost quite a bit of my accent, but you can still kinda pick it up. If I'm not working and trying to get enough money for school, I'm out hanging with friends at one of the local bars or restaurants.
