Date a soulmate from Alberta, Canada. Trying to describe ones self is very difficult. We all like to think of ourselves as someone you would want as your best friend, who would have your back and be there in any crisis or problem. Best friend or BFF as it is described today, (not to date myself) is a term that should not be taken lightly. The reason I am going on about best friend or BFF is because of a simple outing I had with my older brother and his 8-year-old grandson. We were fishing one day in Northern Saskatchewan and I was listening to my brother and his grandson talk. My brother asked his grandson who his best friend was and he told him someone in his class or someone he played hockey with. Next the grandson asked his grandfather who his best friend was and with out hesitation he said �that would be your grandmother’ 30 years of marriage and still BFF! I thought that is incredible. I am looking for my BFF! Now back to describing myself,
I have had the pleasure of raising 3 wonderful daughters and seeing them grow into loving, respectful young adults. I must have done something right because they have become my BFF. The words that best describe me would be (honest, faithful, hardworking and loyal). The type of person I would like to meet would have to have these same qualities. I am easy going and enjoy the simple things in life.
I enjoy golfing in the summer and snowmobiling and curling in the winter, I know what you are thinking, when the hell else are you going to do these activities. I love to cook and barbeque on the deck and have a cold beer or some red wine, was never a red wine drinker but I tasted this great red wine and now I am hooked. I love to travel and have been to Mexico a few times and would have to say that Huatulco is my favorite. I have scuba dived and enjoyed it but my favorite is snorkeling. Is there any thing better then sitting on the beach and listening to the waves and smelling the ocean? My favorite TV shows are Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang. Going to the movies and having a nice meal out are a great way to finish off the week.
